We’re super excited to team up with Self-Centered Events & Mitchell Wayne Productions to dance for a cause! Work up a sweat with a fun, high-energy Dance Choreo Fitness workout! Class donations will go towards re-building a school near and dear to our hearts in Cameroon, Africa post-tornado.
For 90 minutes, we’ll be burning cals, toning up, and breaking high-intensity movement down in an easy-to-learn choreography format.

Challenge Level: Level I
Inspo: We’re choreographers who love the fitness behind dance, but we’re not into Follow Along Zumba. Therefore, we’ll be teaching our “dance fitness” routine how we teach our regular choreography classes: broken down step-by-step to get you feeling goood.
What to Expect: Squats, lunges, and high-intensity movements incorporated in some fun choreography. You won’t even realize you’re working out ;)

A Few Notes
** Please arrive on time! The choreographer will start her/his session promptly, and we don't want anyone to have to struggle catching up ;)
** All 90 minute sessions will conclude with some fun video footage. All attendees are welcome to participate or watch.
